Dayton cheerleading and the Flyer Pep Band bring the campus spirit to Flyer Faithful near and far. Our cheerleaders may not compete, but these athletes train rigorously and are heavily involved in community service and on campus. And our Flyer pep band, nationally recognized for its spirit and sportsmanship, performs at all basketball games and major tournaments, even earning the Musial Award for outstanding sportsmanship at the 2023 NCAA Tournament.
